year. We are looking forward to your partnership to provide
exciting opportunities for academic, social, and emotional
growth for all our students. |

students to be the best that they can be by nurturing
their self-esteem and motivating them to achieve high
academic standards. At Assikinack Public School, one of
our roles is to help students to, “know the good,
love the good, and do the good”. The Assikinack
Way is foundational to our efforts to develop the minds
and the hearts of our students and also serves as the
foundation of our discipline policy and respectful behavior
expectations…Treating other people that way that
you want to be treated! |

are very proud of our school and believe that Assikinack
is a special place – a family away from home! For
the children, it is a place to grow intellectually, nurture
friendships, and experience new and exciting learning
opportunities. For the parents, Assikinack is a place
to share in their children’s successes, to support
the learning and social climate of the school, to participate
in the process and direction of education in the school,
and to enjoy the excitement and wonder of watching their
children develop and grow. For the staff, the school is
a place to facilitate and nurture a love of life long
learning for each child, to grow as educators, to partner
with parents in understanding their children and their
children’s unique needs; and to enjoy the beautiful
and rewarding experience of being part of the blossoming
of each child entrusted in their care. |
